Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all website development and AI promotional video services provided by ActionMyService (actionmyservice.online).

1. Nature of Digital Services

All our services are custom digital services created specifically for the client. Once work has commenced, materials and time are non-recoverable.

2. Refund Eligibility — Website Development

• Full refund is available if requested within 24 hours of payment and no design or development work has started.
• 50% refund is available if the initial design draft has been shared but no development work has commenced.
• No refund is available once development is more than 50% complete or after site delivery.

3. Refund Eligibility — AI Video Services

• Full refund is available if requested within 12 hours of payment and no script or generation work has started.
• No refund is available once the AI generation process has begun, as compute resources are consumed at that point.
• If the final video does not match the approved script or concept, we will offer additional revisions at no extra cost.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send a written refund request to actionmyservice@gmail.com including your order details and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party purchases (domain, hosting, paid stock media, subscriptions).
• Completed and delivered work.
• Add-on services once started.
